Getting a salary raise
I have to share this tip with you on getting a salary raise,
I’d been asking my boss about the possible option of a salary raise for over one year, and I think he was a pro at stalling! I decided to leave many job sites open in my browser on my pc at work so he thought i’d been looking for a new job.
I found a jobsite called www.christchurchjobs.co.nz and left it open on the job search page!
A few days later I got an email from my boss saying that he felt I deserved a raise and would I meet with him to discuss, it worked out great!
