If there has been one thing that I knew that I was going to make sure that was perfect in my new restaurant, besides the food of course, it was going to be my restaurant Point of Sale software.  The reason that I have felt so strongly about this particular issue stems from the years that I have spent working for other people and in their eateries, and having to deal with inefficient checkout and ordering software that makes things difficult to do.  With the right software, my employees as well as myself will be able to do things quicker and more efficiently, which means that we can provide better service to our customers.
