What KSA Writing is about

When applying to a Federal government job, you might havenoticed that vacancy openings usually require candidates to join KSA answers totheir resume. KSA’s refer to knowledge, skills and abilities; they are essaysthat must highlight you have the right knowledge, skills and abilities to beeffective in the position you are applying to. KSA writing should follow strictrules established by Federal agencies. As a rule, a KSA essay shouldn’t belonger than a page – and sometimes a page and a half – and it should be writtenin the first person narrative style. It should answer each question with anappropriate example from your previous experience and be flawless in terms ofgrammar and spelling.
