Eating Healthier Foods and Exericsing Twice A Week

My sister is getting out of high school and is planning on attending college in September. She told me that she is very anxious and nervous about the idea of attending college for the first time. I told her not to worry about it that everything was going to be fine. She just needs to always be focused and not get influenced by anyone.

In addition, she told me that before she goes to college she wants to start exercising. She wants to start eating healthy food for a better diet and working out at least twice a week. I told her that I could teach her some things that I know about fitness.
