What exercises will make me taller?
You can perform a few exercises to grow taller. Many of these exercises involve stretching the joints and muscles.Step your feet wide apart, about twice the width of your shoulders. Lean forward, bringing both hands to the floor. If you can, deepen the stretch and bring your elbows to the floor. Stay in the pose for 30 seconds.To stretch your spine even more, find a bar or pipe overhead that will support your body weight. Grab on and hang there for half a minute or so, allowing the weight of your lower body to elongate the spine. Concentrate on relaxing the muscles in your hips, arms and shoulders.
