Memories of Wasted Water
The nice two story house I grew up in as a child was very spacious and had wonderful views outside in the back yard. But whenever we would get water from the sky called rain, what I remember is that we never had anything to catch the water in. The water would just land on the ground. Of course the ground and trees were being watered, but I feel if we had rainwater tanks then it would save us money on having to waste so much water in the house, and we’d not spend so much money on buying drinking water.
