Bulgarian cuisine

If you have a chance to read a book about bulgaria may be there you will find interesting facts about it, but the most interesting one to me is that the yoghurt originally comes from Bulgaria. It is produced by the Lactobacterium Bulgaricum bacteria that grows nowhere else but there. It is a very important part from the Bulgarian cuisine, for example in the typical Bulgarian cold soup “Tarator” with cucumbers, nuts, water, oil, etc, or “Ajran” – yoghurt with water and salt, served cold it’s very delicious, especially in the hot summer days. Don’t leave Bulgaria without tasting the traditional Bulgarian food and drinks, you will love most of them.
