At this stage the fuel cell of the Sky Lantern will be fully alight, and the lantern itself should be held in an upright position. The next stage is one of the most crucial parts. Don’t do anything. Yes, you heard right. Now’s the time to wait. Just wait patiently while you lantern slowly but surely inflates. the sensation is like that of blowing up a balloon. You will feel the hot air gather inside the lantern and its skin will gradually become taut. At this point you can release the lantern. It should rise in one fluid motion a fill you with joy and delight.
