Thinking Clearly After The Break Up

One of my friends is in a serious internal battle with his emotions at this very moment.  It’s really the result of a difficult separation from his long-time girlfriend, and it’s giving him intense emotional stress.  My advice to him was to breathe, stay calm, and don’t get too angry.  It’s important to think clearly, do some research, and take care of yourself.  I also gave him a booklet on how to get your ex back quickly. It has a great deal of advice that I’ve seen work for other friends in the past, and hopefully he will make an effort to apply it in his own situation.
