After speaking with the gentleman my mother agreed to meet with him again to finalize the property marketing. When the gentleman arrived he had all of my mother’s paperwork together and had to take pictures of the house. Once the pictures were complete he sat back down with me and mom and uploaded the pictures and took the rest of her information. Within the hour moms house was on the website available for viewing by perspective buyers. She was so pleased and so was I. He told her that there may be one or two buyers who might want to come and see the house and if there was he would let her know.
