1. Several sheets are bonded to each other: Ensure that there is too much paper in the tray. The tray can hold 150 sheets maximum, depending on the thickness of the paper. Check that the paper used is adequate. Remove the paper tray, the bend or flex. In a humid environment, leaves can stick to each other.
2. Unable to insert several sheets of paper: Different types of paper may be stacked in the tray. Charge sheets type, size and weight in board. If the problem is due to the loading of different types of paper, remove the jam correspondent.
3. The device can not load the paper: Remove anything that obstructs the interior of the device. The paper has not been loaded properly.Remove the paper tray and then reload it properly. There is too much paper in the tray. Remove the excess paper. The paper is too thick. Use only paper that meets the characteristics of the Samsung ML-1640 printer.
