A Popular Learning Management System Will Develop A Training Benchmark
When I was getting my degree in Organizational Development we learned the value of systematic training. Unless an employee knows how to do something and knows what is expected of them they can not be held reasonably accountable for the work that needs to be accomplished. When I work with an organization I encourage them to obtain a popular Learning Management system and then develop it to teach a uniform lesson to their people. Once this has been done there is a benchmark that they can measure the performance against. Those having trouble can be referred back to the appropriate module to update their training.
