Leed Certification, the Bar To Reach!
I am learning about the system of leed certification in the building class I am taking. I learned about the levels today, such as the silver, gold and platinum. I am very impressed with this system as it lets you know just how green a building is, and if it is performing as promised. When I first started in this class I was less than impressed with all this green hoopla. Now I am all for it, all of it! I understand how it can be better for the environment, and for the people too. I really wish I would have known when I built my own house!
