Voice Biometric Software is New For Us
We have been trying to figure out what we were going to do with the call in system at work for a long time. We have been using a system that was just confusing customers and losing us business. So, we looked into all of our options, and it turns out that the best we could get is the voice biometric software. It has been incredible because it has allowed us to see how much we really needed it. It is nice to have customers call in, and really feel like they have been given the best when they talk to someone.
