I May Invest Some of My Inheritance Money in Medellin Real Estate
When my great aunt passed away and left me a tidy little sum of money, I was unsure what to invest it in. My dad thought that property might be a good choice. Some of his friends were investing in land down in Colombia, South America. Apparently, it is the new hot spot after Costa Rica. He and I decided to fly down and see for ourselves. We contacted a medellin real estate agent who offered to show us both apartment buildings, land, and individual homes. I was really impressed with everything about this place. In fact, I could see myself moving down there to live some day. I think this is where I will put my money.
