Is Perimenopause Pregnancy Possible

For women who still want to bear children, perimenopause isn’t the end. It can be confusing but perimenopause doesn’t mean we can’t have children anymore. That’s menopause. Menopause is defined by the inability to have more kids. Perimenopause merely prepares for the end of our ability to reproduce. Therefore, perimenopause pregnancies are very possible. It is, however, less likely. The irregularity of our periods contributes to this fact. We can’t be sure any longer when we are at our most fertile. We can be okay one day then, during the next, have a period without any warning. In other words, to have a baby during perimenopause, we gotta get luckier.
